Twitter is releasing more features as it teased in August. The social media company said it rolled out its previously-tested direct message search to iOS users without saying when it’s coming to Android users. To use the feature you will need to type in a search box to dig-out exactly what you need to see.
Keywords will apply to user names, informal names, and the content of messages, so it going to be pretty much easier to narrow DMs to those from a closer relative.
Though there are no words to Android users yet, but features like this tend to spread to other platforms faster than one can expect. Just like Facebook Messenger search, you can treat DMs more as everyday conversation tools rather than special features.
