Caitlyn Jenner thinks It' smart of her daughter to own more than one mansion after Kylie bought a massive new estate in Los Angeles with a price tag of $3.65 Million on April 24.

Caitlyn Jenner is beyond proud of Kylie for buying $36.5 Million Mansion and thinks property is a very sound investment and it’s smart.

Caitlyn Jenner believes that buying a property is a very good investment and thinks it is smart of her daughter to own more than one mansion after Kylie bought a massive new home in Los Angeles.

The new estate features a lavish pool, tennis court, seven bedrooms, a two-minute drive from the playboy mansion, and equipped with a Las Vegas esque pool which has served as the backdrop for many of Kylie’s bikini selfies, a source said.

“Caitlyn thinks the property is a very sound investment and loves that Kylie has been able to buy this dream home all on her own. She’s very responsible and sensible with it”.

The source also revealed that Kylie and Cait communicate every day and Kylie always asks for Cait’s opinion and advice and Cait always encourages her to invest her money wisely.

“Caitlyn would be proud of Kylie no matter what, the fact that she’s rich beyond anyone’s wildest dreams definitely impresses Cait and it’s no exaggeration to say that Cait has been rooting for her daughter since she was born.

The Mansion also has a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars and game rooms, a gym, and a championship-level sports court with pickleball/basketball and to top it off It has 2 guest apartments.

It is evident that one of Kylie’s good character traits is being good with money which is something she picked up from Caitlyn from a very young age.

Judging from the little snippets on Kylie’s Instagram, she is definitely enjoying her new home.
