Mary-Kate Olsen is seeking a divorce from her husband of nearly five years Pierre Olivier Sarkozy.The Row designer seeks emergency court order.
The former full house star has requested an emergency court order after signing a divorce petition on April 17.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, the New York courts are currently not processing divorce fillings with the exception of emergencies, which is what Mary-Kate has now requested.
The couple have been residing in New York City and in isolation together but It seems that wont be for long as Mary Kate’s legal team recieved an email from Pierre with a deadline to move out from their apartment as for May 18.

Mary-Kate claims that Pierre is trying to force her out because she realized that he had terminated their lease without her knowledge and that she has been asking Pierre for an extension until end of May but hasn’t responded.
She explained that she cant meet the deadline to move out this coming Monday because of the quarantine guidelines in the City.
She also mentioned that the only way she can protect her property is If she’s to file a divorce petition that would stop and prevent Pierre from disposing of her property.
This means that the couple had put a prenuptial agreement in place and Kate requests that it may be enforced.
“I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the home we have lived in and If he is successful,I will not only lose my home but I risk losing my personal property as well ” She said.
