Users will no longer have to depend on their Wallet app completely for their Apple Card transactions, as Apple said it has launched a web portal for its credit card, allowing users a space to pay their balance online even if they don’t have or have lost access to their phones. There’s absolutely no need to call Goldman Sach’s anymore.
The tech giant did not only provide a way for users to view and pay their balance on a desktop or laptop, but it also enabled its portal to show users available credit and let them download previous statements as PDFs.
More so, it gives users a quick way to set up scheduled payments, either to link or to remove connected bank accounts as well as to contact support if need be.
As 9to5Mac stated, this is the first time Apple is giving users access to their credit card info outside of the Wallet app. People have been asking for a web portal since Apple Card was launched in 2019, but Apple was touting it as a modern credit card that users can use to pay with their phones.
It considered it as one that doesn’t have fees and has a Daily Cash program that immediately allows users to use the money they get back. Users can log into Apple Card’s website right away using the Apple ID associated with their cards.
