The MSNBC host Rachel Maddow spread how the arrest of former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon may play on Trump’s mind throughout next week’s RNC.

Maddow on Friday revealed how President Donald Trump has once again been left crawling to downplay his relationship with someone in his orbit who has been apprehended.

Steve Bannon, who served as a top aide on Trump’s 2016 campaign, was apprehended Thursday on facing the charges of federal fraud. He and three others are allegedly accused of stealing donations to an online “We Build The Wall” crowd funder. However Steve Bannon has pleaded not guilty.
