After the Lakers won the NBA Finals on Oct. 11, no one was more excited than Rihanna. Though the singer couldn’t be there in person, she made sure to celebrate her Los Angeles Lakers in a major way on Sunday night with a championship-worthy house party to honor LeBron James and the gang’s 2020 NBA title.
Rihanna rocked a classic yellow Kobe Bryant #24 jersey and accessorized with purple and gold balloons and pompoms for her Lake Show party. It was not immediately where this bash went down, but looks like she was next to an RV.

In the video, she can be heard shouting along to Queen’s “We Are the Champions,” singing along to the victory anthem (and flipping a few middle fingers) with a couple of friends.
She captioned her video, “if you ain’t on this time right now…bye. Lebron remains king 💪🏿 Lakers are the champs 💜💛 and Kobe is proud 🙏🏿 A.D thank you! #🏆 #Congratulations.”
This was the first time that the Lakers won an NBA championship since 2010 when Kobe was still on the team. The late star’s wife, Vanessa Bryant, was keeping tabs on the game from home, and she sent the team a congratulatory message after the win, as well. “Congratulations @Lakers,” she wrote on Instagram. “Kobe was right, RP! ‘Stay the course, block out the noise.’ Wish Kobe and Gigi were here to see this.”
