Reality TV show star Khloé Kardashian and his basketball player baby daddy Tristan Thompson are considering having a second child, but this time… surrogacy!
The pair, who already have 2-year-old daughter True Thompson together, were seen debating surrogacy in the latest trailer for the final season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

“You’re trusting a surrogate with your unborn child, and it’s just scary,” Khloé Kardashian, who in few seconds before was seen holding a syringe, says in the clip.
Scott Disick was shocked at the idea, as the pair weren’t officially back together at the time of the conversation but are reunited now.
“You’re talking about having another child together, but you don’t want to say you’re official?” Disick, 37, inquired.
“I’m not no like secret,” Thompson, 29, responds.
The trailer was a complete drama and also includes footage of Kim Kardashian sobbing and saying she “feels like a loser.” It wasn’t certain what she’s talking about, but you won’t be wrong if you link it to her divorce from Kanye West whom she has already filed a document against.
Surprisingly, the show is still catering to fans’ love for Disick and Kourtney Kardashian, even though he’s dating Amelia Hamlin and she’s moved on with Travis Barker.
“I’m thinking about proposing,” Disick could be heard saying as Kris Jenner asks Kourtney if she could see herself getting married to Scott.

“I love you,” Disick declares to Kourtney.
Meanwhile, Disick had in a previous trailer said he’d marry his ex, with whom he made three kids, “right now.”
