Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have decided to breaking up and put an end to their two years engagement following his scandal with “Southern Charm” reality star Madison LeCroy.
Page Six reported the development after receiving confirmation from a source who disclosed that the couple finally decided to quit their relationship after the former Yankee was accused of seeing the reality star.
Recall that in January, Twitter went gaga over speculations after the reunion special for Bravo’s “Southern Charm” exposed red-hot allegations of infidelity involving an “ex-MLB star” and breakout cast member Madison LeCroy.
LeCroy, then revealed that she’d been FaceTiming with Rodriguez, but admitted that they had not met in person.
“He’s never physically cheated on his fiancée with me. I don’t want anything bad for his family, or for mine. We are definitely innocent in this,” LeCroy told the publication in February.
Another source told the publisher, “The Madison LeCroy scandal was the reason they finally broke up. There were already problems, but Jennifer was really embarrassed by it.”
Meanwhile, different sources close to Rodriguez have maintain that both of them have never met.
Meanwhile, LeCroy’s Bravo co-star Shep Rose told Us Weekly that there was “an NDA signed” between her and Rodriguez.
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez started dating in 2017. She also recently revealed that she and the 45-year-old lover consulted a therapist during their time in quarantine, “It has been actually really good. We got to work on ourselves. We did therapy,” she recently told Allure.
Jennifer, 51, noted that counseling helped them during the lockdown, “I think it was really helpful for us in our relationship,” she said.
