Meghan Markle who’s heavily pregnant and is still heading activities at Archewell is preparing to go on maternity leave at the end of May as the Duchess of Sussex is expecting her second baby in early summer.
Meghan is currently active with the day-to-day work activities at Archewell, her nonprofit organization with her husband Prince Harry, and some other professional engagements as she has been referred to as a workaholic in the past.
A source close to the former actress said she worked right through her last maternity leave when she was pregnant with her son Archie before giving birth in May 2019. Then, she guest-edited the British Vogue ‘Changemakers’ edition and wrapped up the capsule wardrobe for the Smart Works charity.
Meghan Markle is currently in California with their son Archie as she was denied permission to attend the funeral by her doctor due to her pregnancy despite being eager to support her husband while Prince Harry flew to the UK for Prince Philip’s funeral on Saturday.
Prince Harry is currently quarantining at Frogmore Cottage their UK home, on the Queen’s Windsor estate, where he has managed to reunite with his cousin Princess Eugenie, who now lives in the renovated home alongside her husband, Jack Brooksbank, and their newborn baby.
