Against rumors flying online, TMZ reported that the former couple are strictly friends, though they have recently reunited after Jennifer Lopez’s separation from Alex Rodriguez.
The report, however, does not rule out possibilities of future reconciliation … but for now, Ben, 48, and Jennifer, 51, have not confirmed any romance as yet.
Both actors sparked a new dating rumor after Ben was spotted multiple times going to J.Lo’s California home during the day. This comes after he was picked up in a white Escalade SUV that belongs to Jennifer and then taken to her nearby mansion.
Ben Affleck has been photographed severally alone in J.Lo’s space… but they’re yet to be snapped together with a source saying, “Security picks him up at a nearby location and drops him off after spending a few hours at her house.”
Just like J.Lo and A-Rod engagement and postponement of the wedding, Ben and Jennifer got engaged in 2002 and were tagged “Bennifer” by the media as their love story was everywhere on the internet.
They decided to postpone their wedding in 2003 and eventually separated a few months later in January 2004… with Jennifer Lopez describing her breakup from Ben Affleck as… “probably my first big heartbreak.”
