Meghan Markle Is Reportedly Doing Reiki Touching Therapy On Archie…

While discussing mental health in a show titled “The Me You Can’t See,” that recently aired on Apple TV+, Harry revealed that his father Prince Charles’ unhappy childhood had been passed down to him.

Meghan Markle has been introducing her husband, Prince Harry, and son, Archie, to a couple of New-Agey alternative healing techniques since they left the UK for California last year, a report has shown.

The Duchess of Sussex is helping Archie and her dogs with the practice of Reiki, the Japanese energy healing discipline, in a move to help them feel more balanced and relaxed.

Meghan has also been introducing Prince Harry to the practices of ancestral healing to help deal with generations of genetic baggage. She learned about the solution from her mother Doria Ragland, who now attends weekly services at Agapé International Spiritual Center.

The royals have chosen Ancestral healing on the premise that unhealed family traumas are nestled within everyone, and it takes active work and therapy to free ourselves of generational mess.

According to a source, “Meghan said both she and Harry come from a long lineage of pain and suffering, [with] generations of genetic baggage, and that it’s now up to them to break the cycle once and for all,” a source told the tabloid.

“My father used to say to me when I was younger, ‘Well, it was like that for me, so it’s going to be like that for you,’” the Duke of Sussex said.

The other therapy that the couple is both eager advocates of is tapping therapy.

Prince Harry was shown on the documentary undergoing the eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) psychotherapy technique, which helped him relieve his PTSD after his mom’s death. EMDR also involves tapping the patient’s shoulders.

“EMDR is always something that I wanted to try and that was one of the varieties of different forms of healing or curing that I was willing to experiment with, and I never would have been open to that had I not put in the work and the therapy that I’ve done over the years,” Harry told Winfrey.
