Superstar actress Angelina Jolie and her ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller are reportedly working on rekindling their romance more than two decades since they divorced … they may have been inspired by “Bennifer 2.0” (Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck)
According to The US Sun, the former lovers are currently in contact again after spending time together with Jolie’s 17-year-old sons Pax and 12-year-old Knox during her family’s recent trip to New York.
A source told the newspaper on Thursday that, “On her first evening with Jonny, Angelina only took Knox along, and they got on like a house on fire. Knox is a sweet kid, and I imagine she decided he was the easiest one to begin introductions with.”
The source also said that Angelina returned to Jonny’s apartment with Pax a day after Knox met the actor so the young man could get to meet the “guy she’s always spoken so fondly about.”
“They only hung out for a short while at Jonny’s apartment, but they seemed to get along well,” the source hinted.
Though the source never disclosed whether the pair’s new relationship is romantic, it seems that Angelina was happy to have her kids meet with someone familiar in New York in case her second son decides to school there.
“Angie is very happy because Pax keeps making noise about moving to New York someday soon, maybe even for school. She’s glad he’ll have someone she trusts around for him to go to for advice or just to see a friendly face,” the source said.
“Angelia wanted to give her kids an educational trip to the big city, and she wanted to spend some time reconnecting with Jonny, too,” the source added.
