Rapper Nicki Minaj and Fenty Beauty boss Rihanna are in a best friend mood as they shared photos of them with their different men, Kenneth Petty and A$AP Rocky on what appeared to be a double date night.
The photo also showed Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty’s son. But … it’s amazing that until now, no one knows the name of the rapper’s son. On several occasions, Nicki has referred to her son as “Papa Bear.” Could that be the name?
Nicki captioned the photos of she, husband, and son with Rihanna and A$AP Rocky relaxing in a couch together, “#RokNRiha#QueenRih#CaribbeanGirlsRunit Love her downnnnnnn #NewYorkS–t#YKTFV.”
We weren’t able to determine when the reunion date night took place since Nicki Minaj was posting some snaps of herself, her husband, and their son in the same outfits three days earlier.
The “Anaconda” rapper also uploaded a selfie-style video of her and Rihanna blowing kisses and fixing their hair.
At one point in the video, Rihanna spilled some island secrets, revealing that the people of Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, where the girls are from, have a history of feuding.
Rihanna asks, “You know Bajans don’t like Trinis?” And Nicki Minaj responded, “And Trinis don’t like Bajans. They draw a line in the ocean over flying fish.”
Rihanna promised her rapper friend that she would explain more about the feuding islands another night. We’re looking forward to seeing the pair share more content together when that night arrives.
Rihanna was named the richest female musician earlier this year, with a net worth estimated at $1.7 billion, according to Forbes.
Surprisingly, the majority of Rihanna’s fortune stems from her Fenty Beauty line, rather than her endless chart-topping hits. According to Shannon Coyne, co-founder of consumer products consultancy Bluestock Advisors, this is due in large part to the inclusivity of Savage x Fenty.
Coyne explained to Forbes, “A lot of women felt there were no lines out there that catered to their skin tone. It was light, medium, medium dark, dark. We all know that’s not reality.”
“Rihanna was one of the first brands that came out and said, ‘I want to speak to all of those different people.’”
