The suit says “specifically, the victim [sic] left breast to degrade and satisfy his sexual desire.”

The supposed assault purportedly occurred at the former governor’s official home, on the evening of Dec. 7 on the second floor of the Executive Mansion.

A legal counselor addressing former Cuomo associate Brittany Commisso, 33, acknowledged it’s her as the name of the supposed victim was redacted from the complainant.

Cuomo is charged with coercive contracting, which conveys a most extreme sentence of one year in prison.

An instant message from Cuomo’s cell phone, state police flying records for Dec. 7 and news reports of a public interview that day, state police Blackberry PIN messages, swipe card records from the state Capitol and Commisso’s declaration to the Attorney General’s Office are evidence brought against him in the charges.

According to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office and the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, the former governor has been summoned with an order to show up in Albany City Court on Nov. 17.

Sources said it’s expected that Cuomo will give up to officials at some point one week from now to be arrested and booked.

Albany County District Attorney David Soares opened a criminal examination of Cuomo on Aug. 3, not long after state Attorney General Letitia James detailed the affirmed grabbing occurrence in a report that blamed the then-governor for physically pestering 11 ladies, including nine current or former state workers.

After six days, Commisso, a clerical specialist in the governor’s office, opened up to the world in a sad meeting on “CBS This Morning” during which she said Cuomo “put his hand up my shirt and squeezed my bosom over my bra” inside Albany’s Executive Mansion in November.

“Like the rest of the public, we were surprised to learn today that a criminal complaint was filed in Albany City Court by the Albany County Sheriff’s Office against Andrew Cuomo.”

“The Office of Court Administration has since made that filing public. Our office will not be commenting further on this case,” Soares said in a statement on Thursday evening.
