Taylor Swift’s ‘Swifties’ See ‘Red’ Over Jake Gyllenhaal In W Magazine

“For our annual Best Performances issue, the actor discusses reimagining the thriller for American audiences, being starstruck by Brad Pitt, and the one movie that always makes him cry,”

W Magazine featured Taylor Swift’s ex, Jake Gyllenhaal, posing in the fiery color for its annual “Great Performances” portfolio, causing the pop star’s fans to see red.

What’s the issue? Swift’s theme from her 2012 “Red” album, which included a song about their previous relationship, was allegedly too similar to what was presented.

Photographer Tim Walker captured Gyllenhaal wearing a red shirt and heart-shaped sunglasses, which are similar to the ones Swift wore in the album’s music video for “22.”

Swift recently re-released “Red” with the addition “Taylor’s Version,” and W dared to post Gyllenhaal’s photo on social media with the caption “Red (Jake’s Version).”

Swift fans picked up on the diss and accused the actor of trolling the pop star, citing the album’s track “All Too Well,” which is allegedly about their 2010 romance.
