Britney Spears has not released an album since 2016’s “Glory,” and she is currently on an “indefinite work hiatus.”
For the first time since her conservatorship began in 2008, the Grammy winner was granted the right to hire a lawyer of her choice during her time off.
She chose former federal prosecutor Mathew Rosengart, who assisted in bringing an end to the legal arrangement that had governed her personal, medical, and financial affairs for the previous 13 years.

With her estranged father and former conservator, Jamie Spears, no longer in charge of her career, Britney has been planning a major comeback, and fans are expecting her to come with a bang.
According to a source, rumors that the pop star was retiring were false, and she only stated that she would not perform under her father’s supervision.
“The only thing she’s said is that she would not work again under her father’s control, but now that he’s out as her conservator, she’s willing and even excited to get back to it one day,” the source said.
