On Monday, Jada Pinkett Smith shared a pregnancy throwback photo on Instagram, showing off side-by-side photos of herself and Rihanna, both wearing see-through outfits with their baby bumps.
“Who says you can’t wear see-thru fits when you’re preggers?” the actress and producer said, sharing a touching post in honor of her friend.

“I love me some Rih. She’s bold, unapologetic, fierce, kind and an all around girls girl,” Jada Pinkett added.
Jada Pinkett, 50, is wearing a sheer gown on the red carpet of the 1998 Grammys while she was pregnant with her son Jaden Smith.
Rihanna, who is expecting her first child, has been wearing a variety of eye-catching maternity looks recently, including the see-through black lingerie look she wore to the Dior show during Paris Fashion Week, which Smith praised.
The “Umbrella” singer announced her pregnancy with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in a stunning pink coat that opened to reveal her bare bump, as has become her maternity staple.
While she’s worn some stunning skin-baring pregnancy looks, from cut-out jumpsuits to latex crop tops, Rihanna admitted that she sometimes just wants to sit on the couch.
“But when you put on a little face and a little lipstick, you transform. You put some clothes on, and it’s like when you look good, you feel good,” Rihanna said.
Jada Pinkett said one of her favorite things about the “You Are My Umbrella” singer was her ability to always make her feel good.
Jada Pinkett said of Rihanna, “She likes to see other women win and that’s one of her qualities I admire most. She’s a queen that loves helping other women find and hold their own crowns.”
