Chyna is suing for more than $100 million in economic damages, including lost earnings from social media posts, club and TV appearances, and general emotional distress damages.

According to court documents, the reality show star made “no statement” that was “alleged to be defamatory” against the “Rob & Chyna” alum.

Chyna’s team previously claimed that they only needed to prove that each defendant in the case, including Kim, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner, played a “responsible role” in defaming Chyna, whose real name is Angela White.

Jurors were instructed to consider evidence such as emails and text messages sent by Khloé, Kylie, and Kris to network executives.

“Rob & Chyna” only aired for one season in 2016.

According to the documents, the court agreed on Friday that there is “no evidence” that Kim had a “responsible part” in defaming Chyna, so the Skims founder was dropped from the defamation claim.

The decision was based on the lawyers’ arguments, the court record, and the counsel’s papers.

Although Kim was cleared of the defamation charge, she could still face charges for alleged intentional interference with a contract.

Chyna is dragging the Kardashian-Jenner family for abusing their power to prevent a potential second season of her and ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian’s E! reality show from airing.

However, Jeff Jenkins, former Bunim-Murray co-president and executive producer of the series, testified last week that networks such as BET, VH1, Lifetime, and MTV were also uninterested in picking up “Rob & Chyna.”
