“The Kardashians” star Kris Jenner is always able to lift her family’s spirits during difficult times.
Travis Barker posted a photo to his Instagram Story on Monday of a beautiful orange bouquet sent over by his mother-in-law following his frightening hospitalization last week.
The card that was attached to the flowers Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble sent to Travis read, “Dearest Travis, Get Well Soon!!! We Love You, Kris and Corey xo.”
Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian also shared pictures of the floral display on her own Instagram Story, which Kris reposted and added, “Get well @travisbarker .”
Travis Barker, 46, was rushed to the hospital on June 28 due to “life-threatening pancreatitis” that he developed after getting a routine endoscopy, according to reports.
Days later, the rocker revealed that he had been in “excruciating pain” before being rushed to the hospital with Kourtney Kardashian, 43, by his side.
Travis was photographed being wheeled out of an ambulance while holding his right hand up, revealing his unmistakable skull tattoo.
Kourtney Kardashian trailed behind and reportedly did not leave her husband’s side for the duration of his hospitalization.
Travis Barker later explained on Instagram that pancreatitis was caused by the removal of a “small polyp” in a “very sensitive area usually handled” by specialists.
He added, “Which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube.”
While the incident shocked the entire family, including Barker’s 16-year-old daughter, Alabama, he is expected to recover fully and is doing “much” better.
