Khloé Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson are expecting a child through surrogacy.
“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family,” a rep for Khloé said.

This will be Khloe and her ex-boyfriend’s second child; they already have a 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson.
According to a source, despite having a second child together, Khloe and Tristan are not back together and have not spoken outside of co-parenting matters since December.
According to multiple sources, the baby was conceived through surrogacy before it was revealed that Tristan, 31, was having a child with someone else.
“Khloé and Tristan already had the baby in the works when the scandal hit. By then, Khloé was just like, ‘I’m going to be doing it by myself,’” an insider tells us, while another source added that the reality star has been openly talking to friends about having the baby since before Christmas.
The baby’s birth is “imminent,” according to TMZ, which broke the news first.
Despite calling it quits with Thompson after a paternity test revealed he was the father of fitness model Maralee Nichols’ now-6-month-old son, Theo, the Good American co-founder went ahead with her pregnancy.

On the recent season finale of her family’s Hulu reality show, “The Kardashians,” Khloé Kardashian sobbed as she relived the “despicable” situation.
When Kim Kardashian called her sister to inform her that Nichols was suing Tristan for child support, cameras were rolling.
“Wait a minute. Oh my goodness. “This cannot be happening,” Khloé exclaimed as she burst into tears, and Kim requested that the filming be stopped.
Kim said later in the episode, “The whole thing that is so sad is that [Khloé] wanted a baby boy. And now this girl is having f–king baby boy. A f–king random that he slept with one night? F–k him. I was so team him.”
Tristan Thompson was previously caught cheating on Khloé while pregnant with True in 2018, and again in 2019 with Kylie Jenner’s then-BFF, Jordyn Woods.
He and ex Jordan Craig have a 5-year-old son named Prince. Aside from welcoming her new baby, Khloé has returned to the dating scene.
