Sen. C. Grassley, R-Iowa, “teased” the nation and the media with details of a bribery scheme involving Biden, Hunter, and a foreign national.
This occurred after an IRS whistleblower testified he was removed from the Hunter Biden criminal probe following interference by the Justice Department.
Presently the Branch of Equity has prosecuted the leader of the 2024 conservative assignment, previous President Donald Trump, for affirmed misusing of touchy reports. However, similar actions regarding Hillary Clinton’s private email server and the confidential documents in the garage of the current president, Joe Biden, have been ignored or excused.
The reaction to Grassley — from the media, the White House, and the actual FBI — exhibits that a full prosecution of President Joe Biden is the best way to carry the responsibility to the Biden organization.
We cannot rely on law enforcement agencies, particularly the politically compromised FBI. Additionally, we cannot expect the media to question, much less investigate seriously, Biden and his associates.
Furthermore, the following political race is 17 months away; When the same federal authorities implicated in the 2020 election’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story were involved again, voters could not take any action.
To be fair, media investigations are challenging. They obstruct a correspondent’s Twitter time. However, what’s simple? Examining the story of the Biden bribe scheme from the perspective of coverage of the campaign. The media have done exactly that.
Grassley “doesn’t have much to go on, other than an FD-1023 form from the FBI stating that the unnamed foreign national claimed to have two recorded phone conversations with then-Vice President Biden and 15 recorded phone conversations with Hunter Biden, revealing what the Iowa senator described as an ‘alleged bribery scheme,’” according to a piece from The Hill, for instance.
The media’s attempts to tie recent events to upcoming campaigns conceal the truth: This is a story about pure government corruption. However, it won’t be handled that way.
We cannot hope that the armed Department of Justice and FBI will behave fairly and impartially, just as we cannot rely on the media to investigate Biden and his corrupt family.
Grassley told an Iowa NPR station last week, “I’ll tell you what Iowans are telling me, not only about this indictment but also the previous one.” They are concerned about how the law is applied in different ways.
The Federalist recently reported, “If equal legal treatment existed under the current administration, then Hunter Biden would be in jail. Multiple whistleblowers within the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service have charged the DOJ with deliberately slow-walking investigations into the president’s son.”
“It’s no wonder 4 in 5 Americans see a two-tiered justice system,” the article continues.
Grassley himself understands what this predicts for the fate of our country.
“Two standards of justice in this country will turn our constitutional Republic upside down,” he warned. “Thanks to the political infection within the Biden Justice Department and FBI, we’re well along the road for that to happen.”
The Constitution was written for this kind of situation.
The Founding Fathers drafted the document to create a “more perfect Union.” This framing aimed to thwart the very thing that the revolution set out to stop: the rule of an unchecked ruler.
What would they do in such a circumstance? Impeachment, which Alexander Hamilton essentially outlined in Federalist No. 65 as “a method of national inquest into the conduct of public men” who were alleged to have violated the “public trust.” As the “in case of emergency, break glass” option for Congress, this was incorporated into the United States Constitution.
The FBI cannot prevent impeachment powers from being used, and neither can the media. Additionally, the House only needs a simple majority to pass the ruling.
Without this level of objectivity, we won’t know the truth about Burisma or the businesses owned by the Biden family; we won’t see the full extent of our Equity Division’s downfall into third-world strategies and unfairness.
To determine whether these scandals call for President Biden’s removal under Article II, section 4 for “treason, bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors,” the impeachment process must be carried out.
