A representative for West stated that the man who allegedly grabbed Censori had “physically assaulted” her.

The assailant’s actions were more than a mere collision; he put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, grabbed her waist, spun her around, and even blew her kisses. Censori was left battered and sexually assaulted1.
Law enforcement sources revealed that both West and Censori left the scene following the altercation, and the man did not require medical treatment. Police are currently investigating the claims and plan to interview West and his wife.
This isn’t the first time West has faced battery-related allegations. Last year, he was investigated for battery after a video emerged showing him throwing a woman’s phone at an intersection, although he was not charged.
