The Federal High Court Has Had It With Diezani Alison Madueke

Farouk Abdallah, stated that the federal government was finding it difficult to remove Diezani on the allegations.

Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday, November 12, stated that it is at the edge of laying out a charge of money laundering brought against the former minister of petroleum,  Diezani Alison Madueke.

The threat was made by Ijeoma Ojukwu, the presiding judge, during the court hearing held on Tuesday.

Ijeoma Ojukwu made the declaration when the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)’s lawyer, Farouk Abdallah, stated that the federal government was finding it difficult to remove Diezani on the allegations.

Therefore, the EFFC lawyer stated that it was necessary to keep the charge against the former minister valid until her extraction is effected.
