Charlie’s Angels actress Cameron Diaz says having a baby and being in pandemic lockdown is no different. The 47-year-old who retired from acting in 2014 and had her baby – the extravagantly named Raddix Chloe Wildflower Madden in December last year was speaking about motherhood in an interview with Katherine Power.
“I love being a Mother, It’s the best, the best part of my life. I’m so grateful and so happy and It’s the best thing ever and I’m so lucky to do it with Benji and we’re having the best time. I’m thrilled. I can’t believe it ‘. She said.
On her friend’s Instagram live, Cameron Diaz described parenthood as “the best thing ever“ and said her husband Benji Madden is a hands-on dad. She said her daily routine includes cooking, cleaning and taking care of her baby and juggling it all at the same time.
“I have to cook at night. I know people hate cooking at night, I drink wine every night. Diaz says that the wine helps her to relax and unwind for the day, she also sang her husband’s praises and commended him for being an amazing father and how she is so lucky to him as the father of her baby.
“He’s incredible. He puts her down and I go into the kitchen and I pour myself a nice glass of red wine. I start my cooking, I put on my show, whatever it is.”
Diaz said she’s kinda been living a quarantine life anyway because of her three-month-old baby and her life has been completely quiet and still for the last few months after she was asked how she was coping with the global lockdown for coronavirus.
I’m sure a lot of peeps out there would be wondering what she’s talking about; “I love to cook” lol…But its kinda feels good, try it out, yes, cooking!!
