The governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, went to inspect the ongoing construction of the State Secretariat Annex, located at Ede-Oballa, Nsukka local government area.

On the day of inspection, Ifeanyi Ogwuanyi, (in white) seen climbing the self-made stairs, popularly known as ‘Man-Wakka’, to inspect and meet with his people who are doing this great job. Meanwhile, he also enjoyed his visit.
