A grandma, age 52-year-old has been arrested by Nigerian police in Rivers State for allegedly bathing two grandchildren with pepper water and chained them naked for misbehaving.
The so-called grandmother who has been described as evil by everyone who came across this story locked up the female kids, of aged 7 and 8 years up like paraded criminals.

According to the police, the woman who goes by the general name Mama Vera, gave the kids the horrendous punishment after they ate garri, a common food made from cassava and mixed with water, without her consent.
The unfortunate incident took place at Mgbuoba in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. Eyewitness report revealed that neighbours forced their way into the house where the kids were locked up when they heard the wailing children calling for help.
The police have also accused the evil woman of denying the children their fundamental rights to education among other heinous crimes against the children.

A legal practitioner identified as Precious Johnmark, who witnessed the incident has called on the Rivers State Police Command and the International Federation of Women Lawyers, FIDA, to step into the case and ensure that the so-called grandma is prosecuted for violating the rights of the young girls.
