The rapper’s lawyer filed a legal document requesting legal custody and primary physical custody of 2-year-old Kulture SurgeZirc US learned. You wouldn’t be wrong to say Cardi has sickening issues with Offset’s parenting system but looks like that isn’t close to what it is considering a statement made available to TMZ.
Reliable sources linked to Cardi and with good knowledge of what’s going on revealed that Cardi isn’t aware the lawyer was structuring her case that way. We’re told she wants Offset to have joint custody of Kulture and looks to have an amicable, co-parenting situation.
SurgeZirc US has also learned that Cardi is currently in touch with her lawyer and the document will be amended very soon to reflect her wishes other than the lawyers’.

The filed petition also says she’s asking for child support from Offset. While Cardi B isn’t asking for anything of such according to that same source. Although, Offset hasn’t responded to the divorce petition yet, at least none that we have heard of as at the time of writing this story.
