Salma Hayek reveals what the secret to her ageless beauty involves. “No Botox,” she said in a chat with Kelly Pipa’s podcast, Let’s Talk Off Camera.
The Oscar-nominated actress in response to her perpetual youth, which frequently leaves audiences in awe, shared her beauty routine. Salma has established a strange meditation routine, that in her opinion, gives her more energy and improves the way she looks.

Salma said, “I use the frequency machine a lot, and they work on me better than they do on anyone. And just the meditation sometimes, when I’m doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old” She added.
Salma uses non-invasive beauty procedures like radiofrequency and micro-frequency, equipment to smooth and tighten the skin, in addition to her daily meditation practice.
The Mexican actress revealed that when she deviates from her routine, she notices physical changes in her appearance, as well as a negative impact on her health. Salma has previously been outspoken about her choice to forego Botox.

She stated her doubts about the procedure in an interview with DuJour from 2017 by saying, “I don’t believe in Botox because your face doesn’t move, and it’s something you have to do for the rest of your life, more and more every time”.
Salma said “I use an ingredient called tepezcohuite that is used in Mexico for burn victims because it completely regenerates the skin, and there is no one else in the States using this ingredient except for us”, in an ELLE interview from 2015.
