Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slammed with another round of litigation.

While incarcerated on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution to which he has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to stand trial in May the music tycoon has faced a litany of claims, including many allegations of rape and sexual assault.

On October 20, a new round of five civil lawsuits was filed against Combs on behalf of two men and three women.

Among the charges presented were claims that Combs sexually attacked or raped the plaintiffs in various occurrences between 2000 and 2022, as well as one claim from an unidentified female plaintiff that she was raped by Combs and an unnamed male celebrity when she was 13 years old.

According to the petition, the plaintiff was 13 years old in September 2000 when she had a friend drop her off to New York City’s Radio City Music Hall to try to sneak into the MTV Video Music Awards.

While unable to enter the theater without a ticket, the plaintiff contacted numerous limousine drivers outside, one claiming to work for Combs.

According to the lawsuit, the driver “told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she ‘is what Diddy was looking for'” and asked her to return later that evening for an after-party.

When she returned later that evening, she claimed the driver drove her alone to a residence and requested her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, of which she had never received a copy.

The lawsuit claims she was offered a drink that made her “feel woozy and lightheaded,” and then walked into an unoccupied bedroom to lie down.

She claims that Combs arrived with two celebrities, one male and one female. The plaintiff claims that Combs and the male celebrity stripped her of her clothes before the male celebrity held her down and raped her as Combs and the female celebrity watched.

The male celebrity and Combs allegedly switched places, with Combs raping her as the two celebrities watched. The suit claims Combs then tried to force her to perform oral sex, but she punched him in the neck and fled the room.

After departing the party, the plaintiff allegedly went to a gas station and called her father for help. Combs’ lawyers responded to the latest filings by pointing to a prior statement, stating that the “barrage of filings” were attempts to “garner publicity.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” his lawyers said.

“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

On October 20, Combs’ legal team filed a motion, “to request an order prohibiting further extrajudicial statements from prospective witnesses and their lawyers that substantially interfere with Mr. Combs’s right to a fair trial.”

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who has previously filed a series of civil actions against Sean “Diddy” Combs on behalf of claimed victims, stated to NBC News regarding the new filings.

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,” he said.
