Like Father, Ed Sheeran’s Daughter, Lyra Tests Positive For Covid-19

“I’m self-isolating with my daughter. I have been alone with her, without my wife, since we are both positive. I am now going to spend 10 days alone with her.”

Ed Sheeran and his one-year-old daughter, Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran are both isolating from his partner, Cherry Seaborn, after testing positive for Covid-19.

It should be recalled that SurgeZirc US earlier reported that Ed tested positive for Coronavirus. The award-winning singer had revealed this in an Instagram post over the weekend.

He said; “Hey guys, quick note to tell you that I’ve sadly tested positive for Covid, so I’m now self-isolating and following government guidelines. It means that I’m now unable to plough ahead with any in-person commitments for, so I’ll be doing as many of my planned interviews/performances I can from my house.”

The star confirmed today that because his partner Cherry tested negative for Covid-19, he and his daughter, Lyra have to go into isolation for 10 days

Speaking with the Daily Mail, Ed said, “I’m self-isolating with my daughter. I have been alone with her, without my wife, since we are both positive. I am now going to spend 10 days alone with her.”

However, looking at the brighter side of the situation, he added, “sometimes I am away and spend just two days a week with her, so being able to be with her for 10 straight days is great.”

Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry Seaborn got married in an ultra-private ceremony in 2018 after announcing their engagement on Instagram. They welcomed their child in 2020.
