“I think we feel good because it’s inside, and so I feel like there’s more control when it’s inside, when you’re inside a building like that,” Dixon stated. She emphasized that the Secret Service and local police forces will be on high alert, ensuring a secure environment for all attendees.

Dixon anticipates that Trump’s speech will focus on themes of unity, particularly highlighting the appeal of newly nominated vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance.

“It’ll be so exciting to have him and J.D. Vance in Michigan for their first rally after the announcement that he is the vice presidential nominee,” Dixon said. She believes the rally will also feature a strong message about the importance of manufacturing in the Midwest, a key issue for many voters in the region.

Dixon also remarked on the strength of the Trump-Vance ticket, describing it as an “incredibly strong ticket” that will pose a “very big challenge” for Democrats in swing states.

She noted a growing support for the Republican Party among young people, which she believes will be a crucial demographic in the upcoming election. “I just overall think that they’re seeing a lot of support for the Republican Party amongst young people,” Dixon concluded.
