Themba Gorimbo’s days of living at the gym are over; the UFC fighter now has his room to call home, due to an unbelievable gesture from his idol, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The movie star and WWE legend surprised Themba at his gym last week, keeping a promise he made after hearing the mixed-martial artist’s story about fighting with only $7 to his name.

But, as it turns out, their interaction at the gym was just the beginning of their special time together… because Themba’s hero had something else up his sleeve.
The Rock initially stated that they would meet up with his pal, Jay, at his Miami residence… but once there, Themba quickly discovered that there was no “Jay.”
Themba instantly understood he was standing inside his new residence after wandering around and seeing framed family photos all over the place!!
“I am so moved by your story,” The Rock expressed to Gorimbo. “When I discovered you were sleeping on the couch in the gym… there will be no more couch sleeping.” This is your residence. “Welcome back!”
“Now you can bring your kids, your family, here.” This is your domain. You don’t need to consider anything. The only thing on your mind is your family, getting them here, having them with you, training, and becoming a champion.”

Themba was overtaken with emotion as he thanked Dwayne Johnson for his compassion.
“Thank you so much, man,” Themba expressed gratitude. “Believe me, I will become a champion.” You can shake my hand and I will become your advocate. Thank you very much. Thank you a lot.”
